The challenge

Sealy’s 2023 brand refresh called for a more contemporary and cohesive visual identity while preserving the brand equity built around its heritage, support, comfort, and quality. The challenge was to evolve the visual language in a way that felt relevant to today’s consumer while remaining distinctly Sealy, and to establish a flexible system that could translate consistently across OOH, packaging, digital, and campaign communications.

The creative approach

Helped shape and evolve Sealy’s visual expression by defining how key brand elements—including logo placement, colour, typography, and lifestyle imagery—could work together to create a more distinctive and cohesive identity. Applied creative judgment to balance modern visual cues with recognizable elements of the established brand, creating a flexible system that could adapt across different formats and consumer touchpoints.

The outcome

Played a key role evolving Sealy’s visual identity into a more cohesive and contemporary brand experience while maintaining the familiarity and equity of the established brand. The refreshed visual system was carried across OOH advertising, packaging, digital landing pages, and a comprehensive campaign toolkit, creating greater consistency and recognition across the consumer journey.
